Directions
Pre-chill a small glass by filling it with ice. We opt for a classic 'rocks' glass for this one.
Get a medium-sixed glass jar with lid.
Pour in the KRAFT Hopped Grapefruit Gin (made using zesty grapefruit peels).
Pour in the sugar syrup.
Squeeze in half a lemon, roughly 25ml.
Spoon in the orange marmalade.
Add your ice cubes to the jar and close it TIGHT.
SHAKE it all about for about 10 seconds. Go on, give it some oomph!
Next, get your rocks glass and freshly ice it up to the top.
Now, double strain your shaken liquid (using a tea strainer) and pour over your rocks glass with ice.
Garnish the top of the glas with a wedge of juicy orange (or an orange peel works great, too).
Sit bakc and enjoy your super citrusy 'Krafty Paddington' Orange Marmalde Gin Cocktail!
