It never ceases to amaze me how many of our customers make a beeline to a Gin and Tonic with cucumber on our menus. It's definitely up there with one of the most popular G&T's, and for good reason. We've put together a classic Cucumber Gin and Tonic here, using our fresh and crisp LONDON Dry Gin, along with a cucumber tonic, and garnished with a fancy cucumber ribbon to give it that extra oomph of fresh cucumber taste, as well as look impressive on the eye. Drop in a couple of beautiful looking rose buds or petals and you've got yourself an absolutely banging Gin Cucumber Cocktail.

Directions
Grab a large copa (aka balloon) glass...
Try to ensure your glass is pre-chilled and not warm. To do this, you can fill it with some ice and swirl it round for 15 secs and then discard this ice. However, if you don't have that much ice to mess around with, swill your glass under some very cold water. Just make sure that glass is nice and cold somehow yeah!...
Now add 50ml (i.e. a double shot) of your LONDON Dry Gin...
Add plenty of cubed ice. IMPORTANT: ice that bad boy all the way to the top to reduce dilution and a watery cocktail...
Crack open the Cucumber tonic and pour into your glass...
Now create a cucumber ribbon. With a peeler, slice a long peel of cucumber along the whole length. With a stirrer, spiral the cucumber around it and slide off the ribbon (see video below if stuck!)...
Float in 2-3 rose buds or rose petals...
Give it all a gentle stir...
Sit back and enjoy your ultimate Cucumber Gin Cocktail!
