What's new at the Jim & Tonic Distillery Co.?
It’s all in the refills – Because great drinks shouldn’t come at a cost to the planet, Jim & Tonic Distillery encourages reuse with “Bag-In-Box” refills to reduce bottle waste.
A fresh look – Cleaner, sharper bottle design that reflects the Jim & Tonic Distillery Co.'s roots as an urban distillery and top destination for drinks experiences.
Same award-winning liquids – No cutting corners, no gimmicks—just top-tier spirits made with skill and passion from their East London distillery.
We are announcing big moves this Spring from our East London craft distillery. Jim & Tonic Distillery Co. is stepping into a new era with a full rebrand consisting of a refreshed identity (formerly Jim & Tonic), a new bottle design and, to help consumers make sustainable choices, the introduction of BIB refills.
This move isn’t just about looks; it’s a statement that doubles down on their commitment to staying independent and prioritising the planet—whilst deepening their roots in the craft that put them on the map.
The new look is clean, confident, and refined—mirroring the award-winning premium spirits they’re known for. Their London Dry Gin and Rhubarb & Honey Gin have long been go-to choices, and in recent years, they’ve expanded their lineup with British Grain Vodka and a range of rum expressions.
What hasn’t changed? Jim & Tonic Distillery Co. is the name that venues, retailers, and spirits lovers trust for high-quality, founder-led drinks. This rebrand isn’t just an evolution—it’s a statement of where they’re headed: setting new standards and shaping the future of craft spirits.
Founded in 2016, Jim & Tonic Distillery Co. began in a converted vintage van in East London. Today, Jim & Tonic’s reputation has only strengthened as their hub on Sugar House Island in Stratford invites drinkers to experience The Rumhouse, The Printhouse and their urban distillery where the award-winning spirits are made. More than just a drinks brand, the distillery prides itself on its ability to craft premium liquids, support retailers with stock solutions, and educate partners on the world of spirits.
“What started as slinging G&Ts from a converted vintage van has turned into something way bigger—our own distillery, gin bars, and a proper community of spirit lovers. This rebrand isn’t about changing who we are, it’s a sharper look that reflects where we’re at now and where we’re headed. Same crew, an even deeper obsession with crafting quality booze as we expand into new categories—and a fresh vibe that feels right for the next chapter.”
“Sustainability has always been a core part of how we distill—minimising waste, sourcing responsibly, and making sure every liquid is crafted with care. The new packaging takes that further, using recycled materials and smarter design to reduce our impact while keeping our spirits in peak condition. The timing is perfect as enter new categories with a fresh look that reflects the same level of thought and craft that goes into every bottle.”
