This is my absolute PERFECT serve for my newest handcrafted gin, 'LONDON' Dry Gin...
Juicy pink grapefruit perfectly complements the clean, crisp fruitiness of the gin. The fresh mint on top balances the herbal gin notes.

This zesty, floral G&T is one of my favourites and works so well with our fresh and crisp 'LONDON' Dry Gin.
Juicy, fleshy pink grapefruit perfectly compliments the fruitiness of the gin, and the sprig of fresh mint balances the herbal gin notes.

Directions
Grab a large copa (aka balloon) glass...
Try to ensure your glass is pre-chilled and not warm. To do this, you can fill it with some ice and swirl it round for 15 secs and then discard this ice. However, if you don't have that much ice to mess around with, swill your glass under some very cold water. Just make sure that glass is nice and cold somehow yeah!...
Now the good stuff, add 50ml (i.e. a double shot) of your LONDON Dry Gin...
Add plenty of cubed ice. IMPORTANT: ice that bad boy all the way to the top to reduce dilution and a watery cocktail...
Crack open the Indian tonic and pour into your glass...
Puta big ol' juicy wedge of pink grapefruit into your glass, go on don't be shy (alternatively you could also use just the grapefruit peel)...
Take a sprig of fresh mint and give it a clap between your hands to break out the flavours, and then delicately rest towards the top of your drink in the glass...
Give it all a gentle stir...
Sit back and enjoy this bloomin' modern take on an absolutely classic London Dry G&T Cocktail!
