Ingredients
-
50ml Mercato Mediterranean Gin
-
15ml Premium Natural Tomato Juice
-
2-3 Olives
-
5-10ml olive brine
-
Small segment of red chilli
-
Small segment of cucumber
-
Small segment of celery
-
Basil
-
Worcestershire sauce
-
10ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
-
Balsamic vinegar
-
Salt
Directions
Grab your cocktail shaker
Add 2-3 Olives
Add 5-10ml of the olive brine
Chop a small segment of red chilli and add to the shaker (leave this out for a less spicy cocktail!)
Chop a small segment of cucumber and add to the shaker
Chop a small segment of celery and add to the shaker
Add 1 leaf of fresh basil
Muddle this all together to release the fkavours
Now it's time to spice things up by adding 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Squeeze in 10ml of fresh lemon juice
Now add 50ml (a double shot) of our herbaceous and zesty Mercato Mediterranean Gin
Now add 125ml of tomato juice (almost two-thirds of your Red Snapper will be the tomato juice so we recommend a good quality, all-natural brand)
Give it all a gentle stir
Go ahead and 'throw' your drink a few times to give it some aeration (tip: as a rule of thumb, no Bloody Mary, Red Snapper or Tomato-based cocktail should be shaken!)
Get yourself a tall glass
Add ice cubes to your glass
Strain your liquid into your glass using a fine-strainer
For your garnish, add in a slice of celery stick and a wedge of lemon
You can also attach a red chilli and sprif or fresh rosemary to your glass!
To finish things off, sprinkle a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar over your drink, along with a pinch of salt
