Singapore Fling Gin Cocktail

50ml Kraft Hopped Grapefruit Gin

20ml London Amaro from Victory

10ml Lime juice

1 tbsp honey
-
35ml Passionfruit mix (passionfruit puree blended with cold-brewed peach tea)

Prosecco
-
Lemon
-
Mint
Directions
Add 50ml Kraft Hopped Grapefruit Gin to shaker
Add 20ml London Amaro
Add 10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Add1 tablespoon honey then swirl it to melt
Add 35ml of passion fruit mix
Add ice to shaker. Give it a firm shake 4-5 times
Fill a slim glass with ice
Double strain the mixture into glass
Top off with Prosecco
Cut lemon into wedges. Place lemon wedge on the brim of the glass as garnish
Finish off by adding fresh mint
