Directions
Grab a glass - ideally a large copa balloon glass, or a high ball.
Pack your glass full to the brim with cubed ice - the more the merrier!
Add in 50ml (double shot) of Ugandan Honey Gin.
Pour in your tonic water - we like Franklin & Son's Pink Grapefruit tonic, but failing that try to find a grapefruit-style tonic water.
Slice up a star fruit and drop in a segment.
Delicately place in a sprig of fresh lemon balm for garnish.
And now sit back and enjoy, you've earned it!
