Produced in small batches of just 100 litres, this gin is crafted with the finest handpicked botanicals, including fresh rosemary, thyme, and basil.

The herbal bouquet is complemented by a citrus-driven flavour profile with hints of cardamom, resulting in a gin that is both savoury and aromatic. The careful balance of Mediterranean herbs adds layers of complexity, while the crisp, clean base makes it ideal for enjoying in a classic G&T or more adventurous cocktails.
